Sessions are available online via secure telehealth, or in person at Virgin Active Cresta, Johannesburg. You do not need to be a gym member — simply give your name at reception on arrival and you will be let in.
Required documentation
Participation in therapy is entirely voluntary, and you may end it at any time. Your sessions and personal information are treated as confidential in line with the HPCSA code of ethics and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
